UNIQUE APPROACH

Unlike traditional private school or franchise tutoring centre we’ve developed an innovative organization that we’ve taken it as a challenge to create an educational delivery system of excellence in combination of academic excellence and the excellence of human values. We’re committed to shape it up as a truly international human resource development and enrichment institute. We follow the Platonic philosophy of Education which is to facilitate learning and sharing (teaching) environment. This would allow us & the participants (students) of our program to live a life that nurtures our souls.  Because we don’t recognize the problem in isolation rather we believe any problem that we face is interconnected and complex, we offer our services to solve in a holistic way.

In our every instructional step we strongly follow the philosophy, “…begin with the end in mind” and “If you know what you want you can have it.”

Therefore, we start with inside-out approach to identify the root causes of challenges of our students in order to take appropriate action to improve the quality of the given state (It is important to diagnose the problem(s) correctly so that the appropriate remediation can be provided.). At the same time AlivEducation & Consulting Co-operative (AEC) is an innovative initiative of job creation for underemployed qualified educators and researchers.

We strongly believe that “Education is the vehicle through which ideas and   convictions are transmitted. This is also our firm conviction that teachers are mentors and role models to their students. They influence young minds and inculcate sound social and moral values through word and deed, within and outside the classroom. They must impart to students learning skills, thinking skills and life skills to cope with the future; an attitude of continuous learning and improvement; and a sense of commitment and belonging to the whole humanity. We strive to shape our organization an exemplary centre of development of knowledge and skills where teachers can undertake journeys of learning for empowerment and advancement. This is our belief that the future of mankind depends on the methods, we will be choosing to prepare our younger generation and their willingness to strive and persevere, their ability to think, achieve and excel. Moreover the future of 21st century is very much related on our continually renewing and regenerating leadership and citizenry, building upon the experience of the past, learning from the circumstances of the present, and preparing for the challenges of the future.
